Gullivers Bowls Club

Gullivers team of Charles Wright, Michael Knights, Ken Ferguson & skip Steve Judd won the Sussex Senior Fours title with a 21-12 win over Chris Ide (Tarring Priory) . 

Gullivers took an early 6-2 lead but we're pegged back and went 6-12 behind. All four players then picked their game up and won without conceding another shot.

As well as winning the cup, Judd, Ferguson & Knights all received their County Badges for winning a county title and representing Sussex at the 'nationals'

Gullivers will now represent Sussex at the Bowls England Championships, starting on 17th August. In the first round they will play Lincolnshire.

This is the first County outdoor title for Gullivers since 1977, when Bert Howell won the Singles.
